Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing time
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Handmade made-to-order items (for example a wreath that is currently out of stock) take approximately 2 weeks. During busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas, processing may take slightly longer and we'll let you know if there's a delay.
Delivery costs
You pay delivery once per order. Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is based on your order total:
- Orders under £20: £3.95
- Orders £20 to £99.99: £5.95
- Orders £100 and over: free standard delivery
Need it sooner? Choose a faster option at checkout:
- Next Day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £7.95 (£9.95 for orders over 2kg)
- Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm (Royal Mail Special Delivery): from £10.95, based on the weight of your order
Delivery times
Standard delivery usually arrives in 3–5 working days. For Next Day delivery, order by 1pm Monday to Thursday and Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day. Guaranteed Next Day orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day.
Packaging
We pack with care in paper and card, keeping plastic to a minimum.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Delayed or lost parcels
Occasionally parcels are delayed in transit. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@festiveflair.co.uk and we'll look into it with Royal Mail.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and re-delivery costs may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
