Delivery
How much is delivery?
You pay delivery once per order. Standard delivery is based on your order total:
- Orders under £20: £3.95
- Orders £20 to £99.99: £5.95
- Orders £100 and over: FREE
Need it sooner? Choose a faster option at checkout:
- Next Day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £7.95 (£9.95 for orders over 2kg)
- Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm (Royal Mail Special Delivery): from £10.95, based on the weight of your order
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) usually arrives in 3–5 working days. For Next Day delivery, order by 1pm Monday to Thursday and Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day. Guaranteed Next Day orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day. Made-to-order wreaths take approximately 2 weeks.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Packaging
Is your packaging plastic-free?
Yes. Every order is packed in paper and card only: card boxes, paper padding, tissue, paper tape and paper stickers. You can recycle all of it at home, or keep the box to store your décor.
How are wreaths packed?
Each wreath is wrapped in tissue and nestled in shredded paper inside a sturdy card wreath box, so it arrives safely.

Where can I hang my wreath?
Indoors, or on a sheltered door or porch, kept out of heavy rain.
What are your wreaths made from?
Our handmade wreaths mix lifelike faux florals with natural décor, such as shells, pine cones and beech nuts, foraged where possible.

Can I return an item?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for full details.
